Located in Poway, Highland Ranch Elementary focuses on kids with disabilities. Whether it's physical or learning, Highland Ranch has all sorts of special kids!
The Larry Himmel Neighborhood Foundation heard that the kids at Highland Ranch were lacking a Sandbox, which can be extremly helpful for kids who struggle with your normal recess activities. After hearing that they played in the stump of a tree for their make shift sandbox, we decided to go out and help!
